About the role

Are you passionate about shaping the customer experience and influencing the journey of market-leading brands? As a Category Development Manager at Reckitt, your strategies will directly impact on our success in engaging shoppers. You\'ll partner with key customers using insights to inform their category strategy, whilst focusing on the fine details of the 4Ps (Product, Price, Promotion, Place). In this position, you\'ll engage with a variety of teams to create category plans that resonate with customers and drive our brands to new heights. Requirements / Qualifications

  • English/Spanish Advanced level
  • Sharp commercial instinct and a deep understanding of the Customer Management Process
  • Analyses various data sources with ease, converting them into measurable and actionable plans
  • Effective communicator and influencer, adept at stakeholder engagement and negotiation
  • Proficient in using Syndicated Data (e.g., Nielsen / IRI) and tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant category management software
