A growing sales organization in Barcelona is seeking motivated sales professionals for a 100% on-site role. You will handle outbound calls to support clients in saving money while promoting tailored contracts. Ideal candidates have a passion for sales, resilience, and some sales experience. This role offers a permanent contract with a fixed salary plus unlimited commissions. Ongoing training and health insurance are included.

Join our French‑speaking team in Barcelona for a 100% on‑site role focused on sales.

You are seeking a 100% on‑site tele‑selling opportunity in an environment where your investment and skills are rewarded with unlimited commissions and promotional possibilities in line with your potential.

At papernest, you will join a dynamic and ambitious sales team with strong growth targets!

What we offer you:
  • Permanent contract (39 hours/week)
  • Fixed salary of €18,979 gross per year + attendance bonuses up to €1,380 gross per year
  • Unlimited sales commissions: the more you sell, the more you earn!

Your daily challenges:
  • Handle outbound calls to help clients make real savings
  • Identify their needs in order to propose personalized solutions and close sales that make a difference for the client and for us
  • Promote papernest with passion and persuasion to negotiate energy, telecoms and insurance contracts.

How it works:
  1. Phone interview with the Talent Acquisition team to discuss your background and the role (15 min)
  2. Video interview with a recruiter to assess your sales profile (30 min)
  3. On‑site meeting with a manager to validate the fit with the team (30 min)
