Une entreprise leader dans le secteur des énergies renouvelables recherche un Technicien de Production (profil électrique) pour ses centrales solaires thermiques. Le candidat idéal aura plus de trois ans d'expérience en maintenance, des compétences en communication et en travail d'équipe, et sera responsable de l'exploitation et de la maintenance des installations, tout en respectant les normes de sécurité et environnementales.

Formación

  • Plus de trois ans d'expérience en maintenance d'installations, de préférence dans des centrales solaires thermiques.
  • Connaissance de l'analyse chimique et des paramètres du cycle eau-vapeur.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à respecter les procédures de sécurité.

Responsabilidades

  • Exécuter et maintenir les centrales solaires thermiques selon les procédures et réglementations HSSE.
  • Effectuer des observations de sécurité et proposer des améliorations.
  • Gérer les ordres de travail via GMAO (Maximo).

Requirements
  • Knowledge of chemical analysis and control of water-vapor cycle parameters.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software (preferably Maximo).
  • Development and application of operation and maintenance procedures.
  • Over three years of experience in plant maintenance, preferably in solar thermal plants.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Production Leader, responsibilities include:

  • Operating and maintaining solar thermal plants according to procedures and HSSE regulations.
  • Conducting safety observations, identifying unsafe conditions, proposing improvements, and reporting incidents, actively participating in investigations and mitigation measures.
  • Ensuring compliance with environmental conditions and managing waste appropriately.
  • Performing plant inspections and managing work orders via GMAO (Maximo).
  • Acting as part of the Emergency Response Team and as a preventive resource as needed.
  • Participating in continuous process improvement and taking responsibility for assigned equipment/components.
  • Engaging in safety, health, prevention, environmental, technical, and corporate training programs.
  • Adhering to policies and procedures related to safety, health, environmental management, and corporate policies.
