A leading technology company in Barcelona is seeking an experienced technical support professional to assist customers with Autodesk software. You will manage customer expectations, document solutions, and provide critical research support. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in the AEC industry, proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, and be fluent in English and French. This position offers a hybrid working schedule and a supportive culture focused on work-life balance and employee development.

Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient assistance to Autodesk customers on a variety of issues and questions, related to usage of our software
  • Document problems and solutions in short and clear articles for our knowledgebase
  • Research, verify, and document product issues
  • Manage customer expectations by providing updates on progress
Minimum Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English and French
  • Advanced user of Revit, Navisworks and other Autodesk AEC products
  • Professional experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry 5+ years
  • Passion for helping people and enjoy solving problems
  • Customer service experience
