To support our international operations, we are looking for a Technical Support L1 Technician to join our Technical Support team at our office in A Coruña.

Your role at TRISON

As a Technical Support L1 Technician, you will be part of a global support team responsible for the maintenance and technical management of audiovisual projects for clients across more than 100 countries. You will play a key role in ensuring service continuity and a positive customer experience.

What will you be involved in?

• Handling technical queries and incidents received via phone, email and ticketing tools.
• Basic incident management and first-level troubleshooting.
• Providing customer support in multiple languages, mainly in English, related to assigned audiovisual projects.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure incidents are properly escalated and resolved.
• Supporting international clients in a dynamic, technology-focused environment.

What We Value In You

• Previous experience in administrative tasks and technical customer support.
• Fluent written and spoken English (essential). Knowledge of other languages such as German, French or Italian is highly valued.
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Teams, Outlook).
• Experience using instant messaging tools and ticketing or project management platforms.
• A service-oriented mindset, strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a structured way and handle repetitive processes with attention to detail.
