About the RoleWe’re looking for a talented and motivated
Tech Lead
to join a mission-driven team building innovative solutions. In this role, you'll lead a high-performing engineering squad, ensure technical excellence, and collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders to deliver scalable and impactful software.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a cross-functional engineering squad, promoting collaboration, excellence, and growth.Own architectural decisions and shape the technical strategy to ensure robustness, scalability, and maintainability.Work closely with Product to align technical work with business goals and user needs.Champion agile methodologies, improving team workflows and development processes.Troubleshoot technical challenges and ensure the reliability and performance of systems.Stay on top of emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation.Encourage knowledge sharing and foster continuous technical development.Coordinate with other Tech Leads to align practices and maintain consistency across teams.
What We’re Looking For6+ years of experience as a Tech Lead, Software Engineering Manager, or similar role in an agile environment.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find effective, scalable solutions.Proven leadership and mentoring abilities with a passion for coaching engineers.Experience working in fast-paced, startup-like environments.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Bonus Points ForFluency in English and native-level Spanish.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent vocational training.Hands-on experience with technologies like React, Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, Swift, Kotlin, or similar.Solid understanding of software architecture, cloud (AWS), microservices, and DevOps practices.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.
