The position offers a hybrid work model based in Logroño, Barcelona, or Madrid, along with ongoing training opportunities.

At Arsys, part of the international IONOS Group, we are looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) who combines technical expertise with a customer-first mindset to help our strategic partners get the most out of our advanced cloud solutions.

What will you do?

• Be the primary technical point of contact for key customers, guiding them in the use and evolution of our cloud solutions.
• Coordinate and oversee technical projects and implementations, ensuring smooth delivery.
• Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, guaranteeing service quality and SLA compliance.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions that bring added value.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in technical account management, advanced support or technical project management (TAM, Service Manager, Technical PM or similar).
• Strong experience in administering Kubernetes clusters
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing, systems administration (Linux/Windows), virtualization, and hosting environments.
• Ability to manage technical projects end-to-end.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong customer orientation.
• High level of English (very valuable).
