Your Profile
  • Mandatory: you are fluent in English (the office language)
  • Proven experience in team leadership, ideally in a sales or customer service environment within the consumer electronics industry or a related field.
  • Strong people management skills with a focus on employee motivation, development, and fostering a positive work atmosphere.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both within your team and with external partners and customers.
  • Solution-driven mindset with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • High degree of flexibility, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Empathetic and appreciative approach to working with people.
  • Solid technical understanding and hands-on experience with consumer electronics and digital tools.
  • Fluency in English (the office language); proficiency in German is an advantage
