The customer success team at Nutanix is a dynamic and collaborative group, located in Barcelona. This team prides itself on a culture of being both hungry and humble, where members work together towards achieving shared goals, particularly in customer renewals. The team is dedicated to fostering a positive and engaging customer experience while driving retention and success within the client base. With a strong emphasis on cross-collaboration and teamwork, the mission of the customer success team is to create a steady and healthy ecosystem for customer engagement, ensuring clients derive maximum value from Nutanix's offerings.
You will report to the Customer Success Manager, who leads with a focus on empowerment and team collaboration. The hiring manager has extensive experience in emerging markets and brings valuable insights into customer success strategies. The work setup for this role is hybrid, requiring the new hire to be present in the office at least twice a week to facilitate team interaction and communication.
This role does require some travel, with a maximum of twice a year expected, allowing for opportunities to engage with clients and partners outside of the local region. Travel plans will be coordinated based on business needs and client relationships.
This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 – 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team‑specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
