About the Role

• Design and implement new processes and tools to contribute to Fevers worldwide growth aiming to maximize profit and productivity
• Identify key improvement areas for each of Fever business units by developing ad-hoc analyses (production time-to-market invoicing marketing etc.)
• Participate in company-wide strategic projects focused on ensuring smooth operations and communications across teams to meet BP
• Search for new features (new softwares AI agents dashboards etc.) to enhance impact
• Identify and select the best solutions in each scenario taking into account different factors such as client satisfaction cost and profitability

About You

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Data Science or a related field
• 02 years of relevant experience (e.g. consulting operations or tech-related roles)
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Enjoys working with data and making data-driven decisions
• Experience coding in SQL Python MATLAB or similar languages
• Structured problem-solving able to break down complex problems into clear actionable steps
