A global service provider in the automotive industry is seeking an Aftersales Material Planning Manager who will lead a team responsible for ensuring material availability for aftersales. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in Supply Chain within the automotive sector and be fluent in English. This position offers the opportunity for 100% remote work from Spain, allowing for flexibility and your expertise to contribute to a leading multinational company.

Aftersales Material Planning Manager

Lead and develop team responsible for forecasting and securing material availability for HVB aftersales (modules, packs), ensuring accurate demand planning aligned with market needs and reman programs.

Oversee and guide the team in managing supplier schedules, tracking delivery performance, and escalating issues to prevent disruptions in aftersales-critical parts.

Work closely with Quality and Engineering to manage part changes, supersessions, replacements, and technical constraints impacting service continuity.

Monitor and optimize inventory levels, prevent backorders, shortages, and obsolescence while ensuring high service levels and optimal stock coverage.

Identify bottlenecks and lead cross-functional crisis resolution, coordinating rapid recovery plans with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Logistics, and Customer Service.

Qualifications

8 years of experience in Supply Chain or related fields within the automotive or industrial sector.

Fluent English is mandatory.
