We are seeking a Strategic Client Acquisition Partner who will not only bring in clients but also help design the client acquisition processes. • Proven experience in client acquisition or B2B sales, ideally within recruitment or HR tech.
• Fluency in German & English required.
• Comfortable with CRM tools and outreach automations.

• Acquire new B2B clients in the DACH region for Microsoft-focused recruitment services.
• Act as a strategic advisor, optimizing outreach funnels and client onboarding.
• Work closely with the founder and recruiters for smooth handoffs.
