Description

Key Job Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large, cross‑org technical programs, spanning multiple teams, roadmaps, and senior stakeholders.
• Drive execution of AI‑powered initiatives, including conversational experiences, agentic workflows, and ML‑driven discovery capabilities.
• Partner closely with engineering, science, product, and design leaders to translate ambiguous business goals into well‑defined technical programs.
• Define program structure, milestones, success metrics, and dependency management across multiple L8 organizations.
• Identify risks early, drive mitigation plans, and ensure alignment across engineering, product, and leadership teams.
• Establish operating mechanisms (WBRs, MBRs, roadmap reviews, design reviews) that enable scalable execution.
• Influence technical direction by contributing to architecture discussions, tradeoff analysis, and long‑term platform strategy.
• Communicate clearly and concisely with senior leadership, including Directors and VPs, through written narratives and executive updates.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in technical product or program management
• Experience working directly with engineering teams
• Experience in software development
• Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi‑million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
