A leading fresh produce supplier is seeking a Quality Controller to inspect produce quality and ensure adherence to standards while working in Spain. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Spanish, possess strong communication skills, and have experience in quality control and fresh produce. This is a permanent self-employed position based in Murcia with travel necessary.

Mileage at a rate of 0.40€/km

Formación

• Must be based in the region of Murcia.
• Knowledge of quality standards preferred.
• Must have quality control exposure.

We offer a fantastic opportunity as Quality Controller on behalf of our Client, a successful Fresh Produce supplier. This is a unique role that offers the excitement of travel and work in Spain.

Responsibilities

The main objective within this position is for the Quality Controller to inspect Fresh Produce at intake, ensuring fresh produce product is to customer specification and ensuring that practices & procedures are being adhered to. To inspect quality, record all raw material arrivals and provide an accurate & informative quality report for the team. Time spent in Spain will be at source, working with Spanish growers where fresh produce product goes directly to customers.

Requirements

• Spanish language is essential
• Excellent communication skills and a flexible approach is key
• Quality Control exposure, with knowledge of quality standards is preferred
• Fresh Produce exposure is essential
• Good level of English is desired

Salary expectations: €30,000 – €34,000.

The selected candidate must be based in the region of Murcia. This role is based on a self‑employed basis.

Use of own car.

Expenses covered: Telephone bill, mileage at a rate of 0.40€/km.
