Job Description

The Senior Marketing Manager for the Iberia Region will lead all regional marketing activities, partnering closely with the General Manager, Medical Manager, and National Sales Manager. This role is accountable for shaping and executing comprehensive brand strategies aligned with EMEA priorities, maximizing the value of the company’s portfolio across Spain and Portugal. The ideal candidate brings deep marketing expertise, proven leadership in brand and portfolio management, and the ability to drive strategic planning, market analysis, and strong cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic environment.

What You Will Do
  • Develop and execute robust brand strategies that drive sales, profitability, and long-term market competitiveness.
  • Lead the creation of strategic plans that ensure sustainable growth and differentiation across the Iberia Region.
  • Oversee full brand and portfolio management, including positioning, pricing, forecasting, and lifecycle planning.
  • Conduct ongoing evaluations of brand performance and market dynamics to identify risks and growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, patient groups, and healthcare organizations.
  • Plan and execute congresses and industry events that elevate brand visibility and engagement.
  • Drive the development, rollout, and performance evaluation of promotional programs and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and manufacturing teams to ensure accurate forecasting and optimal product availability.
  • Align cross-functional teams (marketing, medical, sales) to build annual brand plans, budgets, and forecasts.
Qualifications
What You Will Bring to the Role
  • 8–10 years of marketing experience, including successful product launches and experience in hospital or similar environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to translate strategy into actionable marketing plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and market models in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in digital marketing and alternative communication channels.
  • Proven ability to build strong internal and external relationships and act as a company ambassador.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment and collaborating with regional or global teams.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of motivating teams, fostering innovation, and developing talent.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong command of English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
  • Flexibility to operate in a changing environment and willingness to travel up to 25%.
