Formación

• Más de 1 año de experiencia en soporte de software o atención al cliente técnico.
• Dominio del inglés; conocimiento de holandés es un plus.

Responsabilidades

• Proporcionar soporte técnico junior al cliente para aplicaciones de CAD/CAM y análisis de datos.
• Diagnosticar y resolver problemas de software reportados por los clientes.
• Instalar y actualizar aplicaciones de software en sistemas de clientes.

Overview

On our journey to become the benchmark in software engineering for the sheet metal industry, we are seeking a Software Support Specialist. Our department emphasizes teamwork, generosity, and ambition to develop systems that provide agility and acceleration to industrial manufacturing.

What you will do

• Provide junior technical customer support for CAD/CAM, MES, and data analytics applications used in sheet metal processing.
• Diagnose and resolve software issues reported by customers via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to 2nd level support team, internal development or engineering teams, ensuring clear documentation.
• Install, configure, and update software applications on customer systems.
• Cooperate with technology support teams to diagnose and resolve issues related to our advanced manufacturing systems.
• Provide remote or on-site training when required.

What you need to succeed

• Technical background: Computer Science, Industrial / Mechanical / Telecommunication Engineering or similar technical background.
• 1+ years’ experience in software support or technical customer service.
• Proficiency in English.
• Dutch knowledge is a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset and strong analytical ability.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software, MES and ERP applications.
• When needed, travel to subsidiaries or customer on-site locations to lead and direct upgrades, training, meetings and presentations.
