For the lottery sector, Win Systems offers secure, scalable, and fully integrated platforms, including multi-game lottery systems and video lottery terminals, enabling operators to manage multiple games efficiently, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance player experience.

We are looking for a Software Project Manager to lead software development and integration projects across both land-based lottery systems and iLottery solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, excellent organizational skills, and experience coordinating complex projects that combine software, hardware, and regulatory compliance. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, third-party vendors, and clients to ensure the successful delivery of innovative lottery solutions across retail and digital channels.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of projects related to lottery terminals, central management systems, iLottery platforms, and point-of-sale integrations.
  • Ensure projects comply with lottery regulations, certification standards, and security protocols in both land-based and digital environments.
  • Oversee integration of third-party services such as payment providers, digital wallets, identity verification, and game content providers.
  • Drive deployments of land-based terminals and ensure smooth rollout of online lottery platforms, including testing, certification, and customer onboarding.
  • Manage the full software project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Define project scope, goals, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, product, compliance, and operations.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure timely delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, providing updates, gathering feedback, and managing expectations.
  • Ensure clear documentation, reporting, and communication across all project stakeholders.
Work Experience and Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing projects in the lottery, gaming, or retail technology sectors, with exposure to both land-based and digital/iLottery solutions.
  • Strong technical knowledge of lottery systems, retail POS/terminal software, and online lottery platforms.
  • Familiarity with hardware/software integrations, network infrastructures, and certification processes.
  • Solid technical understanding of software development processes, architectures, and lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with system integrations, APIs, databases, and QA/testing processes (hands-on technical background highly valued).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an international, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
