GANTREX is a world leader in solutions for cranes and special rails. We are looking for a SITE MANAGER – Foreman / Forewoman to join our GANTREX SPAIN team.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Elaboration of budgets
  • Definition of the work team, tools and execution deadlines.
  • Preparation of the start-up of the work
  • Management and control of deadlines and costs of the work.
  • Daily communication with the site foreman for the planning of works
  • Liaison with the client and subcontractors for monitoring and coordination of the work
  • Invoicing and payments
Qualifications, experience, requirements :
  • Engineering (preferably industrial, specialising in mechanics or metallic structures).
  • Used to working and supervising in construction, industrial and assembly environments.
  • Team management skills
  • Project management, control and monitoring oriented
  • Dynamic, proactive and autonomous with good communication skills.
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a manager in a similar position in an industrial, mechanical or construction environment.
  • Office automation tools knowledge
  • Fluency in English is essential, knowledge of French is highly desirable.
  • Availability to travel and be displaced on-site punctually (France and Belgium mainly).
