A leading transportation company is looking for a full-time Site Buyer located in Trápaga, Bilbao. This role focuses on managing purchase orders, negotiating framework agreements, and supporting project managers. Candidates should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, along with experience in SAP. You'llt ake care of the management ofpurchaseorders. Day-to-day,you’llwork closely with teams across the business (Engineering,Quality and Project Managers),monitorpurchaseorders according to targets setsand much more.
You’llspecifically take care ofnegotiatingframeworkagreements, butalsomonitoringandnegotiationof material planning.
Negotiate, manage and monitor purchase orders according to targets sets.
Monitor supplier performance, quantify risks, and set strategies to set materials for purchase improvement.
Support Project Managers in achieving project results.
Negotiate framework agreements
Budget management of materials assigned to your project
Monitoring and negotiation of material re-planning

University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial or similar.
2 years of experience in similar positions and negotiating with stakeholders.
Spanish and English advanced level are required.
