What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimize Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate, up-to-date, and actionable data for the sales and marketing teams.
- Maintain data integrity by performing regular audits, cleansing, and validation of records across accounts, contacts, opportunities, and pipelines.
- Create and manage reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy.
- Support sales teams by troubleshooting Salesforce issues, providing training, and ensuring best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT) to align CRM processes with business objectives.
- Implement automation and workflows to streamline processes and improve efficiency within Salesforce.
- Monitor user adoption and proactively identify areas for improvement in CRM usage.
- Assist in Salesforce enhancements and integrations with other tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SimilarWeb, marketing automation platforms).
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal governance policies.
Se requiere:
- Experienced in Salesforce administration and data management, with a strong understanding of CRM best practices.
- Skilled in reporting and analytics, able to translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communicator, capable of training and supporting users at all levels.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SimilarWeb, and marketing automation platforms is desirable.
- Salesforce certification (Administrator or Advanced) is a strong advantage.
