Must-have Skills

To be successful in this role you must have :

• 5 years of increasing responsibility in Technical Project Management Scrum Master and / or Management roles with leadership responsibilities
• 2.5 years skills in coaching mentoring people and building strategic initiatives and cross-divisional programs
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field; or similar equivalent experience
• Experience managing technical software development projects in a fast-paced Agile environment
• Solid understanding of Agile project management principles and how to adapt them to new business environments
• Proven track record of forming storming and norming new teams
• Demonstrated experience managing and delivering development and business change or continuous improvement programs preferably in a large matrixed group
• Strong experience coaching mentoring and training agile project managers and scrum masters
• Experience with change management techniques
• Experience working within and or building out an Agile PMO
• Effective communicator with a wide range of audiences from team member to executive
• This a position based in Barcelona in a hybrid mode (3 days per week at the office)
