Overview

Senior Leasing Office Consultant at JLL. You will prospect and identify office buildings for marketing, for sale or rent, by analyzing asset situation, environment, prices and other basic parameters. You will be involved in the negotiation of exclusive marketing mandates and will manage the marketing process until the lease contract signature. Once a mandate is confirmed, you will develop the Business Plan for each asset under your responsibility. You will focus on identifying possible tenants for each mandate, analyzing tenant needs to find the best asset. You will be proactive in the active search for opportunities and mandates. You will periodically monitor the marketing status with landlords.

What You Will Do

• Prospect and identify office buildings for marketing, for sale or rent (networking, press, database, Internet, etc.), by analyzing asset situation, environment, prices and other basic parameters.
• Negotiate exclusive marketing mandates and manage the entire marketing process until the lease contract signature.
• Develop the Business Plan for each asset under your responsibility after the mandate is confirmed.
• Identify possible tenants for each mandate, analyze tenant needs and requirements to find the best asset.
• Be proactive in the active search for opportunities and mandates.
• Periodically monitor the marketing status with landlords.

What You Will Need

• To have completed a university degree in law, business or similar.
• Three years of experience in a similar position.
• An advanced level of English.
• Be a planned and decisive person, with the capacity for negotiation and initiative.
• Familiarity with using different business management software tools, programs and technology (MS Office, PPT and Excel).
