A leading energy company in Madrid is seeking a dedicated IT Operations Manager to coordinate end-to-end operations for Collaboration & Workplace services. You will drive service quality and efficiency by managing the transition of services and optimizing operational processes. The ideal candidate holds a university degree and has 5 years of experience in IT operations along with strong analytical and stakeholder coordination skills. Help us shape the future of Axpos Collaboration & Workplace products. Drive operational excellence elevate service quality and turn transitioned IT services into great user-centric products in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

What you will do :
  • Coordinate end-to-end operations for Collaboration & Workplace services as the central point of contact
  • Lead the transition of services from a third-party provider to internal teams ensuring smooth handovers and alignment
  • Define implement and continuously optimize operational processes across products
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to improve service quality reduce downtime and boost efficiency
  • Partner with Product Management Engineering Architecture Support and Customer Success to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain clear documentation and manage escalations with the IT-wide support and operations organization
What you bring & who you are :
  • University degree in Computer Science Business Administration or equivalent; 5 years in IT operations or service management
  • Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL) and operational process optimization
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and Windows 11 & Mac client environments
  • Proven track record managing transitions from external providers to internal teams
  • Strong analytical problem-solving communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Ideally experience in product-oriented IT organizations and KPI-driven service improvement; German language skills are a plus
