Job Description

• Manage HR applications related to SuccessFactors, including change management, testing, releases, and lifecycle management.
• Support our business by analyzing customer requirements and developing SuccessFactors HR solutions.
• Maintain, optimize, and further develop our SuccessFactors solutions.
• Create functional descriptions for development and perform customizations as part of projects.
• Plan, develop, and implement adjustments and projects within the global SuccessFactors environment.
• Manage subprojects and oversee project management of global and regional HR IT projects.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction with our HR applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or technical education in IT, business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field.
• 3 to 5 years of senior experience as an IT consultant for HR applications, with deep expertise in SuccessFactors.
• Experience in implementing SuccessFactors solutions and providing support.
• Proficiency in English and experience working in multicultural environments.
• Good knowledge of SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Compensation, Talent modules) and SAP integration (Boomi).
• Independent, proactive, and committed work style, with strong teamwork, communication skills, and high customer service orientation.
