A leading talent acquisition consultancy in Madrid is seeking an HR professional to manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle from talent attraction to offboarding. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment processes, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting employee development initiatives. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in HR, a strong grasp of Spanish employment law, and be fluent in English. Formación

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring an excellent end-to-end employee lifecycle management — from talent attraction to offboarding. The role combines HR operations, support in key areas such as training, performance, and compliance, and a strong focus on employee experience.

Managing full-cycle recruitment and pre‑onboarding processes.

  • Monitoring mandatory training compliance and supporting development plans.
  • Supporting performance review cycles and goal‑setting processes.
  • Ensuring legal compliance and coordinating with Health & Safety partners.
Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role or HR Business Partner position.

Proven experience across the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and compensation & benefits.

Solid, hands‑on knowledge of Spanish employment law. Knowledge of Portuguese labor law is a plus.

University degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources, or Business Administration, ideally with a specialization in Human Resources.

~ Fluent English (spoken and written).

  • Spanish : native or full professional proficiency.
  • Portuguese is an asset.

~ Analytical mindset and comfort working with data and digital tools.
