About the role

We’re looking for a finance professional to join our team as a Senior Financial Controller. This is your chance to own core responsibilities such as implementing strong internal controls, overseeing IFRS compliance, managing audits, and leading budgeting, cash flow, and financial risk management processes.

What will you do?

• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial procedures


• Review and validate the preparation of financial statements, revenue recognition, and consolidation performed by Accounting, ensuring compliance with IFRS


• Ensure compliance with regulations and manage external audits


• Supervise external consultants and internal accounting in the preparation of payroll, tax filings, and critical payments


• Control regular reconciliation operations


• Participate in cash flow planning and perform liquidity controls


• Control intragroup transactions


• Oversee the preparation and control of budgets and financial forecasts


• Evaluate and manage financial risks


• Oversee company liabilities, including accounts payable and tax obligations, and support initiatives to optimise profit margins


• Participate in reporting automation and optimisation projects

Who are you?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar role


• Mandatory knowledge of IFRS accounting principles and procedures


• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field


• Experience in the preparation of financial statements and general ledgers


• Experience working with external auditors and consultants


• Proficiency with ERP systems, MS Office, and Google Sheets


• Professional certification (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA) is considered an advantage


• Experience in multi-jurisdictional operations is a plus


• Fluency in English; Russian is a plus
