You will guide customers through onboarding, provide strategic advisories, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction. With a strong background in SaaS and enterprise environments, you are expected to develop impactful content and mentor team members. Formación

• 8 years of experience in customer success engineering or related fields.
• Proven track record in managing enterprise portfolios.
• Strong background in SaaS Privileged Access Management.

Responsabilidades

• Guide new customers through onboarding and migration.
• Conduct advanced CyberArk Blueprint sessions.
• Provide strategic advisory and prescriptive recommendations.
• Drive ongoing customer engagement through targeted programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams for a unified customer journey.
• Develop and deliver high-impact content for diverse audiences.
