What will you do

• Build and deploy advanced multi‑agent AI assistants like TellMe both customer‑facing and internal.
• Translate business problems into AI solutions with tangible customer value.
• Drive improvement of our AI models for transaction enrichment, accounting and forecasting applying cutting‑edge approaches (RAG, fine‑tuning, LLM orchestration).
• Own the usage and performance metrics of your models and features.
• Collaborate closely with product and QA teams to ensure quality and reliability.
• Coordinate cross‑squad AI integration and evangelize AI best practices across the company.
• Contribute to shaping the AI roadmap and identifying new use cases.
• Stay up to date on industry trends to maintain Embat's AI edge.

What are we looking for

• 68 years of experience as an engineer ideally in fast‑paced tech environments.
• Strong experience in Python, LLMs, RAG techniques and AI agents.
• Deep understanding of how to design AI products from a customer and business value perspective, not just from a research standpoint.
• You are both a builder and a problem‑solver; you enjoy creating solutions and own their impact.
• You are curious, proactive and up to date with the latest AI technologies.
• You love working in cross‑functional teams and care about delivering quality.
• You are comfortable working in English and collaborating with international peers.
• Strong communication and structured thinking.
• You speak Spanish fluently and have a working level of English.
• Educational background in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Physics or similar.

Bonus if you have :

• Experience working with cloud platforms (we use GCP), APIs or modern ML pipelines.
• Previous exposure to fintech or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience developing AI products with real usage and adoption.
