A leading company in E-commerce is seeking an experienced Program Manager to spearhead seller operations. This role involves planning, execution, and analysis of business performance, and requires a strong analytical mindset along with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Ideal candidates will possess 5 years of related experience and have proven skills in managing complex projects.

Formación

  • 5 years working experience in program/project management in E-commerce/Marketplaces.

This role is responsible for leading and managing various seller operations programs, including planning, execution, and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive complex analysis and turn insights into actionable plans.

The successful candidate will be an expert in using data to measure and analyze business performance, with a solid understanding of operational efficiency and the ability to build business models to guide decision-making. They will also have experience in exploring business opportunities, uncovering insights, and identifying targeted areas for growth.

Furthermore, this individual will collaborate with various teams to rollout effective product and service improvements, manage relationships with external partners supporting seller onboarding, and act as the main point of contact for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage seller operations programs, including planning, execution, and monitoring of KPIs
  • Drive complex analysis, identify relevant insights and risks, and develop actionable plans
  • Analyze business performance using data, build business models, and guide decision-making
  • Collaborate with teams to rollout product and service improvements
  • Manage relationships with external partners supporting seller onboarding

Requirements :

To be successful in this role, you will need :

  • 5 years working experience in program / project management roles in E-commerce / Marketplaces / Internet companies within Seller Ops
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in SQL and data querying a plus
  • Solid experience in driving complex analysis, identifying relevant insights and risks, and developing actionable plans
  • Ability to influence others at all levels, using data as a main driver, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-driven and self-motivated mindset, with the ability to complete tasks with minimum supervision and a problem-solving mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business or Technical discipline)
  • Proficient English language skills are essential, with Italian, French, and German being a plus
