A leading consulting firm is seeking an experienced SAP Consultant – Service Delivery Manager for a 12-month project in Madrid. This position requires strong service management skills and proficiency in various SAP modules. The role includes managing external consultants and involves partial remote work. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in the Pharma/Healthcare sector and the ability to coordinate tasks efficiently. Formación

• Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager in SAP.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP logistics modules is essential.
• Ability to manage tasks and monitor consultant progress.

Responsabilidades

• Travel occasionally to Toledo as required.

SAP Consultant – Service Delivery Manager (SDM) – 12 months – Madrid

RED is now supporting a leading client in the Pharma/Healthcare sector on a long‑term transformation program, and we are looking for a SAP Consultant – Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to join the team. This role combines strong service management capabilities with hands‑on coordination across multiple SAP functional areas.

Start: ASAP

Duration: 12 months

Location: Madrid – 4 days onsite / 1 day remote

Language: English (B2+)

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager with strong knowledge of SAP modules: FI, CO, COPA, SD, MM, PM, QM, PP, WM.
• Advanced knowledge and/or certification in SAP logistics modules (SD/MM).
• Strong coordination and service management skills with a solid logistical understanding.
• Ability to manage demand, assign tasks to external consultants, and monitor progress.
• Occasional travel to Toledo.
