• Proven experience as a Test Manager in SAP projects.
• Skilled in planning and execution of SAP test environments.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

As the Streamlead for Test Management in a global S / 4HANA Greenfield initiative, you will take charge of all testing activities, from strategy development through rollout. This high-impact role gives you a unique platform to leverage your SAP expertise, guiding teams in a challenging environment that demands innovation, coordination, and quality assurance at every step.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Oversight
• Define and implement the test strategy, choosing the appropriate tools and frameworks to ensure a robust testing process.
• Project Coordination
• Steer test services throughout implementation and go-live, monitoring progress and generating weekly status reports to maintain clarity and quality standards.
• Quality & Compliance
• Develop, refine, and enforce testing policies, ensuring all procedures meet global QA benchmarks.
• Manage and motivate the test management team, ensuring alignment with related sub-projects and on-time delivery of milestones.
• Monitoring & Reporting
• Track test progress in real-time, compile insightful reports, and provide decision-making documentation that supports strategic choices.
• Culture Building
• Foster a collaborative atmosphere, ensuring your team is goal-oriented, energized, and focused on delivering outstanding results.

Ideal Profile

• Educational Background & Leadership
• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Proven Test Manager experience in SAP implementation projects, particularly in global or complex settings.
• Technical Expertise
• Skilled in SAP test environment planning and execution.
• Hands-on knowledge of Tricentis, JIRA, and Confluence for project and test management processes.
• Professional Skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to lead teams, often across different regions, ensuring effective communication and synergy.
• Intercultural Competence
• Fluent in English (mandatory); German is a plus.
• Comfortable working in multicultural teams, with a collaborative and proactive approach to communication.
