A global consulting firm is seeking an SAP ABAP Senior to work in a hybrid environment in Málaga, Spain. The candidate will manage quality implementation projects and participate in advisory projects within a dynamic SAP Technical Team, with strong emphasis on communication and teamwork. A minimum of 5 years' experience in SAP ABAP is required, along with knowledge of SAP MM and backend integration. Continuous learning and growth opportunities are offered.

• Hands-on experience working with functional specifications.
• Knowledge in SAP MM and SAP Enterprise Portal.

• Very good data modelling and design skills.
• Backend integration experience (Proxy, IDOC, RFC, REST).
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Spanish and English verbal and written communication.

SAP ABAP Senior - EY GDS Spain - Hybrid

You’ll be working using the best practices of SAP development integration. The idea is to deliver business advisory services in the field of transformation and enterprise management systems implement the processes in Cloud, Hybrid and on‑Premise environments, proceed successfully with greenfield and brownfield approach and dealing with Agile and combined methodologies. Your responsibility will be also to manage the quality of implementation projects.

Your key responsibilities

• As a member of our team, you’ll have a chance to extend your experience. You’ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in advisory projects - being a part of SAP Technical Team.
• You’ll also participate in post‑implementation review of chosen processes as well as in coordination of the main project tasks.
• You’ll successfully take part in implementation of SAP systems.
• You’ll enthusiastically enhance your core SAP technology knowledge and experience.
• You’ll be willing to work in international environment.

To qualify for the role

• 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP
• Hands‑on experience working with functional specifications
• Knowledge in SAP MM and SAP Enterprise Portal

• Backend integration experience (Proxy, IDOC, RFC, REST)
• SAP S/4HANA syntax and capabilities
• Strong teamwork skills
• Spanish and English verbal and written communication

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience in reports and dialog transactions development
• Proactive attitude and ability to lead
• Familiar with SAP Fiori development
