The successful candidate will manage office tasks, support the Partnerships team with data-related activities, and coordinate onboarding processes. What is the role?

This role will have responsibility over tasks such as :

Responsibilities
  • Liaising with suppliers, general office management
  • Supporting the Partnerships team by assisting with data entry, data analysis, incoming phone calls, handling partner queries and notifications
  • Coordinating new starter onboarding and induction processes
  • Helping organise team meetings and company sponsored local events
  • Attend clients that visit the office
Qualifications
  • Has great organisational skills and is able to manage their time effectively
  • Has great communication skills
  • Is confident speaking to clients both by phone and in person
  • Is fluent in Spanish and English
  • Has great initiative and good problem-solving skills
  • Can work with certain level of independence, as your manager will be located in a different office
  • Is proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc)
