Sales Manager – Spanish market

As the Sales Manager for the Spanish market, you’ll be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a team of sales representatives within a call‑center environment. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring high‑quality customer interactions, and optimizing operational performance. You will oversee day‑to‑day sales operations, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the call‑center sales team to meet and/or exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, scripts, and incentive programs, including tactical challenges to foster overachievement.
  • Monitor team performance through reports, dashboards, and one‑to‑one meetings.
  • Provide ongoing training and development to improve sales techniques and product knowledge, e.g., weekly one‑on‑ones, team meetings.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration with Customer Service, Marketing and Product teams to align efforts/actions with call‑center activities.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Analyze sales trends, conversion rates, and agent productivity to identify improvement areas and implement PIPs when required.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecast future sales results.
  • Foster a positive and results‑driven work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
  • Act as a sales agent role model when needed.
What you bring
  • Proven experience in a call‑center environment, with at least 3 years in sales management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and call‑center technology, as well as KPI management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage performance under pressure and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Results‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
  • Good command of English and Spanish.
  • Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
