What will you do?
We are looking for a bold and ambitious Sales Manager for the Italian market to lead and inspire a team of Student Recruitment Specialists. This role focuses on driving team performance, achieving sales targets, and strengthening the company’s presence in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by maximizing team performance and fostering a culture of accountability, strong work ethic, and continuous development.
- Oversee the Sales Department, leading all initiatives related to recruiting, training, coaching, and managing sales agents.
- Develop and maintain Sales Standard Operating Procedures.
- Collaborate with Marketing and other stakeholders to design and implement promotional strategies for the region.
- Monitor and evaluate sales operations performance using business intelligence tools; track key KPIs such as lead volume, conversion rates, revenue per sale, refund rates, quality‑monitoring, and productivity metrics.
- Provide regular, data‑driven performance insights to senior management in alignment with the EU B2C Sales Director.
Qualifications & Skills
- Native‑level Italian and strong English; additional languages are a plus.
- Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Management, Education, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a B2C or Direct Sales organization.
- Experience in the education sector and / or contact center environments is highly valued.
- Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
