A leading sales company is looking for a Sales Development Representative (Flemish-speaking) to join their hybrid team in Malaga or Valencia, Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers, building a client portfolio, and driving revenue growth. Ideal applicants should be fluent in Flemish and English, have 1-2 years of IT sales experience, and be familiar with CRM tools. Formación

  • 1-2 years of experience in IT sales or sales development.

Sales Development Representative (Flemish-speaking)

Hybrid | Full-time | Malaga & Valencia (Spain)

Purpose of the Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will support the sales cycle by engaging with potential customers, identifying business needs, and helping businesses adopt cloud-based solutions. This role combines outbound sales, relationship building, and consultative selling in an international environment.

What You Will Do
  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective customers

  • Build and grow a portfolio of clients using consultative sales techniques

  • Identify new sales opportunities and drive revenue growth

  • Support up-sell and cross-sell activities in collaboration with internal teams

  • Collect and share customer feedback as the voice of the customer

Your Qualifications
  • Fluent in Flemish and English (French is a plus)

  • 1–2 years of experience in IT sales, sales development, or customer-facing commercial roles

  • Proven ability to meet sales targets or performance KPIs

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Dynamics 365, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office

Nice to Have
  • Experience with cloud or SaaS solutions

  • Familiarity with platforms such as Azure, Office 365, or similar technologies

  • Entry-level cloud or business application certifications
