JR Spain busca un miembro para su equipo de crecimiento para gestionar el embudo de ventas y atraer artistas a su plataforma. El candidato ideal tendrá 2-3 años de experiencia en un campo desafiante, habilidades en comunicación en inglés y español, y una mentalidad orientada a datos. Formación

  • Experiencia de 2-3 años en un campo desafiante, preferiblemente en startups o desarrollo de negocios.
  • Nativo/bilingüe en inglés y español, tanto escrito como hablado.
  • Pasión por la tecnología y la creatividad.

Responsabilidades

  • Ayudar a iterar la estrategia de ventas, definiendo objetivos y canales de adquisición.
  • Identificar y curar creadores a través de investigaciones de mercado.
  • Manejar la incorporación de artistas y ayudarles a tener éxito en sus lanzamientos.

What we are looking for

We’re looking for someone excited to join our growth team, helping us manage our sales funnel and attract artists to join our platform through inbound and outbound strategies. You will be:

  • Helping us iterate our sales strategy, defining targets, scripts, and acquisition channels.
  • Identifying and curating creators across creative industries through market research and data scraping.
  • Speaking to artists weekly and providing them with tools to advance their creative pursuits.
  • Handling artists’ onboarding and helping them succeed in their community releases with Komon through growth and marketing strategies.

Requirements
  • Open to all educational backgrounds (Arts, Science, Business, Engineering, etc.). Artistic experience appreciated.
  • 2-3 years of work experience in a challenging field; experience in startups, tech, product, sales, growth, or business development preferred.
  • Native/Bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Process and data-driven mindset.
  • Passion for technology and creativity.
  • Availability to start soon.
