A global biotechnology company in Madrid seeks a Production Planning specialist to enhance their operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency, with experience in ERP systems, particularly SAP PP. You will define and implement production plans, analyze capacity needs, and collaborate on audits within the company's quality system. A B2 level of English is required for this full-time position in a dynamic sector focused on improving health and wellness.

Formación

• Demonstrated analytical capabilities for handling significant data.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for Production Planning and Forecasting.
• Experienced in using ERP systems focused on Production Planning.

Responsabilidades

• Define and follow up on the annual Production Plan.
• Conduct Rough Cut Capacity analysis to match Demand needs.
• Maintain and define MRP master data.
• Collaborate in audits related to Quality System.
• Report directly to the Production Planning Manager.

We are a global company, serving over 100 markets through distributor partnerships and with own centers in 17 countries. Material and Production Planning : in charge of delivering service for a portfolio and take part in aligning Production Capacity to Demand needs.

Definition and follow up of the annual Production Plan to align it with service needs.Rought Cut Capacity analysis to align it with Demand needs.

MRP master data maintenance and definition.

Collaborates in internal and external audits related to Quality System.

Reporting directly to the Production Planning Manager.

Demonstrated analytical capabilities of significant amount of data.

Advanced experience in Excel focused on Production Planning and Forecasting.

Experienced in using an ERP involving Production Planning area.

SAP PP user experience is preferred.

Experience with Power Bi or Power Point is preferred.

B2 Level of English.
