Ein internationales Unternehmen im Bereich erneuerbare Energien sucht einen erfahrenen HR-Spezialisten mit mindestens 5 Jahren Erfahrung. Diese Position umfasst die Unterstützung des Rekrutierungsprozesses, Pflege von Mitarbeiterdaten und Koordinierung der Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender. Der ideale Kandidat hat einen Bachelor-Abschluss in HR, beherrscht Spanisch und Englisch und verfügt über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. Formación

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im HR, idealerweise in einem wachsenden Unternehmen oder Start-up.

Aufgaben
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting vacancies, managing applications, reviewing CVs, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and data
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new starters.
  • Prepare People & Culture related correspondence, scheduling meetings, and updating documentation.
  • Support employee engagement activities and wider People & Culture projects as required.
  • Support line managers in all aspects of People & Culture, advising on employment law issues and best practice
  • Coordinate Payroll administration via external provide
  • Coordinate offboarding, coordinating IT returns, exit interviews, etc.
  • Process IT requests, people changes, new starters, leavers and communicate with IT team at Belectric GmbH
  • Produce relevant employee correspondence (e.g. salary increases, promotions, etc.)
  • Maintain organisational chart maintenance
  • Produce monthly and other HR group reporting
  • Maintain leave registers including annual leave, sick leave, maternity/paternity leave
  • Training – booking all HSE, development, and job role training; setting up new suppliers; managing training cost agreements
  • Contractor management – reporting on contractor hours
  • Develop HR system in line with group requirements
Profil
The Ideal Candidate Should Meet The Following Requirements

Minimum of 5 years HR experience, ideally in growing organization or startup

Bachelor's degree in human resources or other relevant subject

Experience coordinating recruitment processes and onboarding of new starters

Experience across a broad range of HR topics including record administration, employee relations, training & development

Good numerical skills and comfortable dealing with budgets and financial figures

Excellent communication skills and comfortable dealing with individuals at all levels

Proficient language skills in Spanish and English
