Formación

• At least 5-7 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in professional services, legal, or consulting environments.
• Proven experience managing or supporting senior-level or executive searches.
• Ability to work during U.S. time zone business hours at least twice per week.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
