The associate will liaise with customers, manage relocation inquiries, and support immigration projects, all within a remote setting. Ideal candidates will have experience in operations and demonstrate a reliable work ethic.

Formación

• Experience in support or operations is required.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
• Ability to work independently and reliably in a remote setup.
• Experience in relocation or global mobility is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a point of contact for customers during the relocation process.
• Coordinate appointments and expedite immigration processes.
• Support immigration and relocation projects through process maintenance.
• Update and create guidelines for processing tasks.
