A global agricultural solutions company is seeking an experienced professional to lead the regional strategy for biological solutions in Spain. This role involves managing the BioTeam, driving growth initiatives, and aligning with marketing and sales strategies. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or Agricultural Engineering, at least 7 years of relevant experience, and availability to travel extensively. The position can be located anywhere in Spain.

Formación

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Foliars and Biostimulants.
• Availability to travel 75–80% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the regional strategy for biological solutions.
• Drive growth through value-based nutrition programs.
• Manage and develop the BioTeam for technical excellence.
• Identify market opportunities and optimize product mix.
• Align with marketing and sales to execute campaigns.
