What The Job Involves
  1. Cover Front of House and Reception services at our client's office.
  2. Welcome, meet, and greet all visitors and clients.
  3. Assist with internal/external bookings as required, with full meeting room accountability.
  4. Ensure all meeting rooms, services, VC, facilities, and public areas are set and maintained to expected standards.
  5. Own and facilitate room setups, including moving flexible furniture.
  6. Be aware of room status at all times and support internal rooms appropriately, ensuring readiness prior to the next booking.
  7. Provide/report information on available facilities, arrange viewings, and accompany clients on tours as required.
  8. Maintain awareness of business activity and communicate updates with regional team members.
Skills & Experience
  1. Experience working within a corporate environment.
  2. Independent and self-managing worker.
  3. Strong customer service skills and networking ability.
  4. Professional, confident telephone manner, excellent communication skills, and good computer literacy.
  5. Ability to use initiative and stay calm under pressure.
  6. Team player with multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
  7. Flexible approach to departmental needs.
  8. Good educational background and command of written/spoken English.
  9. Approachable personality with a good sense of humor.
