Formación

Job Description

Manage Quality department, including Incoming Quality Inspection, In Process Quality Control & Finished Product Quality Inspection areas.

Manage also Health, Safety & Environment topics.

Management of the Quality department and all the related elements, such as: incoming goods inspection, quality control during production and quality inspection of finished products.

Quality management also considers the product industrialization process (implementation of control plans, FMEA...).

Management of health, safety, and environmental topics (in connection with the ISO certification system and the local regulations).

Management of relations with "internal customers" (commercial entities): complaints management, audits, visits.

Main Purpose Of The Job

Take part in the product industrialization process (new developments, lifecycle and inter-factory product transfer).

Implement a clear and secure control plan.

Perform FMEA.

Manage both customer and supplier complaint handling processes.

Perform / give support to the team or to the Group Quality team on root cause analysis.

Keep contact with customers and suppliers.

Coordinate product certification (ENEC, ETL, ATEX / IECEx, EN40) related activities according to legal requirements.

Introduce and manage Integrated Management System according to ISO ****, ISO *****, OHSAS *****, ISO ***** standards.

Responsible of Health, Safety & Environment topics.

People management.

Local Quality team management with individual support for skills and career development.

In collaboration with the Plant manager, ensure that the factory's overall activity complies with local legislation and regulation (work environment, products, structure...).

Qualifications
  • Engineering Master Degree (mechanical / quality)
  • At least 5-10 years in a relevant position
  • Experience in team management
  • Languages: English (B2) + local language (Spanish)
  • Good knowledge of quality assurance methodologies (FMEA, SPC, PDCA, DMAIC, 6 Sigma, PQP)
  • Good communication skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Rigorous & Assertive
  • Internal audit certification (Quality, Environment, Health & Safety Management System)
