About The Role

We’re looking for a Proposition Manager to lead and enhance the sportsbook and gaming propositions across LeoVegas Group brands in Spain.

This is a highly visible and strategic role responsible for ensuring our casino and sportsbook offerings remain competitive, engaging, and locally relevant across diverse, regulated markets.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, CRM, Trading, Compliance, and Analytics teams to shape and deliver initiatives that drive growth, engagement, and brand differentiation, all while ensuring alignment with local regulations and responsible gaming standards.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Proposition Development
  • Manage and continuously optimise the sports and casino propositions across multiple markets, ensuring alignment with brand identity and local player expectations.
  • Adapt global strategies into effective local executions that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Translate market insights and player behaviours into actionable proposition strategies for both verticals.
Market & Competitor Insights
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences across Spain.
  • Identify opportunities for differentiation and performance improvement through insight-driven recommendations.
  • Share structured market intelligence and competitive benchmarking with Group stakeholders.
Campaigns & Promotions
  • Partner with CRM, Marketing, and Product teams to design and execute data-driven, locally relevant campaigns that support acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
  • Coordinate cross-vertical promotional calendars, ensuring a compliant and engaging offer mix that reflects local market priorities.
Product Features & Enhancements
  • Collaborate with Product, Trading, and UX to define and prioritise product improvements tailored to regional player needs.
  • Support game and feature launches, ensuring localisation and relevance to each market’s preferences and regulatory environment.
Performance Tracking
  • Work closely with the Cluster Performance Team to monitor key commercial, product, and campaign KPIs across all markets, analyse performance, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Present regular reports and actionable insights to the Managing Director and cross-functional leadership.
Compliance & Responsible Gaming
  • Ensure all propositions, campaigns, and communications comply with local regulations and uphold LeoVegas Group’s responsible gaming commitments.
  • Partner with compliance teams to embed best practices and ensure a safe, transparent customer experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as a key liaison between the local market teams and central functions, ensuring alignment between regional needs and Group strategy.
  • Work closely with BI, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to deliver cohesive and high-impact initiatives.
  • Champion operational excellence and knowledge-sharing across markets to maximise synergy.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
  • 3+ years of experience in iGaming (Sportsbook, Casino, or Marketing roles) with exposure to Spanish regulated markets.
  • Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and player behaviours across Spain.
  • Excellent analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to turn insight into action.
  • Collaborative and structured working style, comfortable managing diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Passion for both sports and gaming, with a player-centric mindset and commitment to responsible play.
