A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Consultant to support a financial services client's ESG reporting project. This role involves project coordination, preparation of documentation, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables. Ideal candidates will have experience in project coordination and strong presentation skills. The role is part-time and remote/hybrid, starting immediately. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

About the Role

We are seeking a Consultant to work with one of our clients in Europe, a large financial services institution, to deliver PMO support for a continuing ESG reporting initiative.

This role is essential for maintaining effective project delivery through daily coordination activities, preparation of documentation, support for internal governance routines, and contribution to project outputs under guidance. The resource will collaborate closely with the ESG change lead and key stakeholders to ensure timelines are met and deliverables remain well-organised.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare meetings, document minutes, track actions, and maintain timelines
  • Create and format materials, consolidate inputs, support reporting and governance
  • Assist with project tools and maintain documentation/version control
Qualifications
  • Background in supporting project coordination or PMO activities, ideally within change or reporting-focused initiatives
  • Able to develop clear, well‑structured presentation materials
  • Comfortable using project management platforms and with general IT concepts
  • Works in an organized, precise manner and can operate independently when given direction
  • Takes initiative and can manage several responsibilities at once
  • Strong English skills; knowledge of any other language is considered an asset
