Now, we are looking for an Intermediate Project Engineer in our office in Barcelona, Spain.

Role Overview

The role of the Senior Project Manager Engineer is to deliver to the client the more than satisfactory quality of the services within the budget and planning defined.

Key Responsibilities

• Experienced on project documentation and control, cost control, scheduling, construction supervision.
• Feeling comfortable taking tasks that require various skills and prioritizing tasks completion.
• Experience on complete life cycle of projects as for example, master planning, feasibility, permitting, civil works and main infrastructure needs, contracting and construction management and supervision.
• Valuable experience in the Food & Beverages sector.
• Industrial environment projects with scope in process engineering; equipment, mechanics, instrumentation, automation, etc.
• Notions in civil works, building utilities and process utilities.
• Experience in permitting and procurement is an asset.
• Valuable experience in mid-to-big sized projects (>
• 1M€ / >
• 10M€).

Project Phases We Cover

• Strategic Consulting: project master planning, conceptual engineering.
• Project feasibility: process description, plant layout, overall time-schedule, procurement strategy, financial plan.
• Project preparation phase: investment analysis, basic engineering, permitting, financing and procurement.
• Project realization phase: project management; detailed engineering, construction management, commissioning management, operational management.

Requirements

• Education: Industrial / Civil / Chemical engineer.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience on industrial projects. Experience in Food / Beverages / Engineering companies / Life Sciences.
• Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English is a must, and French or German is an asset.
• Specific Knowledge: Knowledge in PC-literate MS word and Excel and PowerPoint applications, MS Project, Auto CAD.
• Driver License B.
