Formación

  • Fluent in Spanish and professional-level English.

The RoleWe're looking for a hands-on Maintenance and Project Coordinator to manage full refurbishments, apartment setups, and ongoing maintenance across our growing portfolio. This role is ideal for someone practical, detail-oriented, and experienced in coordinating works efficiently and economically.

What You'll Do

Full Renovation Project Management

  • Lead approx. 10 full refurbishments per year, including kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, and electrical
  • Create and manage project budgets with regular cost reporting
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors
  • Monitor quality, timelines, and contractor performance
  • Ensure all works comply with specifications and safety standards

Apartment Setup (Minor Works)

  • Develop efficient scopes for minor works to prepare newly managed units
  • Coordinate lighting and bathroom fixture installations, painting, and appliance deliveries
  • Procure and manage furniture and styling items
  • Oversee 2-4 apartment setups per month, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
  • Track setup costs and identify cost-saving opportunities

Ongoing Maintenance & Preventive Upkeep

  • Act as first point of contact for maintenance issues across the portfolio
  • Coordinate reactive repairs with trusted contractors
  • Schedule and manage preventive maintenance (HVAC servicing, boiler checks, appliance inspections)
  • Maintain detailed records of works and vendor performance

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in property maintenance, refurbishment, or project coordination
  • Degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with discipline and efficiency
  • Fluent in Spanish, with professional-level English
  • Based in Madrid with a valid driver's license
