Job Description

About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and collaborative Go to Market Program Manager to be the owner of the development and execution of multi-channel, high-impact marketing programs across Europe. You will work closely with vendor and business managers to design scalable go-to-market strategies that drive growth, maximize ROI, and align with TD SYNNEX’s commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate stakeholders for the development, execution, and monetization of marketing programs

  • Integrate marketing initiatives into business planning processes and support local teams in adopting program methodologies.

  • Identify and scale best practices across countries and support the rollout of central programs.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program performance and quality are tracked and continuously improved.

What You Bring:

  • 5–8 years of experience in program management and B2B marketing.

  • Proven expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-market campaigns.

  • Knowledge of vendor-funded programs and the IT channel ecosystem.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluency in English and the ability to work in an international environment.
