We’re seeking an interim hands‑on PMO Lead to steer local operations and manage operational/strategical initiatives. This is a generalist role with responsibility across project management, finance support, and on‑the‑ground coordination.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead operations and project initiatives for the Spainish hub location
• Act as the link between HQ and on‑ground teams – ensuring strong communication and reporting
• Support cost control, budgeting, and financial KPI tracking
• Coordinate across workplace, finance, comms, and potential event planning
• Drive operational discipline and reporting structures as the hub scales

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in PMO, operations, consulting, or business coordination roles
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of numbers
• Experience with transformations beneficial
• Excellent stakeholder and communication abilities
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, partially ambiguous environment
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
• Available to work onsite in Barcelona Minimum 2 days/week
